概述 Overview

本品为防己科植物黄藤Fibraurea recisa Pierre.的干燥藤茎。秋、冬二季采收,切段,晒干。
Fibraurea Stem is the dried stem of Fibraurea recisa Pierre. (Fam. Menispermaceae). The drug is collected in autumn and winter, cut into sections, and dried in the sun.

性状 Description

本品呈长圆柱形,稍扭曲,直径0.6~3 cm。表面灰褐色至黄棕色,粗糙,有纵沟和横裂纹,老茎外皮较易剥落。质硬,不易折断,折断时可见大量粉尘飞扬,断面不整齐,黄色,具纤维性,有棕黄色与黄棕色相间排列的放射状纹理,导管呈细孔状,木质部有时具裂隙,中心多为枯黄棕色或空腔。气微,味苦。
Stems long-cylindrical, slightly twisted, 0.6-3 cm in diameter; externally greyish-brown to yellowish-brown, rough, with longitudinal furrows and transverse cracks, the outer bark of old stems easily exfoliated; texture hard, not easily broken, when broken, a large amount of dust flies up, fracture uneven, yellow, fibrous, radiate texture arranged alternately in brownish-yellow and yellowish-brown, vessels with fine pores, wood sometimes with cracks, the center mostly with yellowish-brown or hollow. Odour, slight; taste, bitter.

鉴别 Identification

(1)本品粉末淡黄色。导管为网纹导管和具缘纹孔导管,多破碎,完整者直径至150 μm。木栓细胞黄棕色,表面观类多角形,有的壁木化增厚似石细胞。木纤维单个散在或成束,壁增厚,具缘纹孔稀疏。石细胞单个散在或成群,类方形或多角形,直径40~120 μm,壁厚,层纹、孔沟明显,有的胞腔内含棕色物。木射线细胞长方形,纹孔较明显。草酸钙方晶直径20~40 μm。淀粉粒 多为复粒,由2~5分粒组成。
(1)Powder, Pale yellow. Vessels reticulateand bordered pitted, usually broken, for the whole, up to 150 μm in diameter. Cork cells yellowish-brown, subpolygonal in surface view, some with lignified and thickened walls like stone cells. Woody fibres isolated or in bundles, thick walled, bordered pits few. Stone cells scattered singly or grouped, subsquare or polygonal, 40-120 μm in diameter, with thickened walls, striations and pit canals distinct, some lumens containing brown matter. Xylem ray cells rectangular, pit canals relatively distinct. Prisms of calcium oxalate 20-40 μm in diameter. Starch granules usually compound, consisting of 2-5 components.

(2)取本品粉末0.5 g,加乙醇10 ml,超声处理10分钟,滤过,取滤液作为供试品溶液。另取盐酸巴马汀对照品,加甲醇制成每1 ml含0.1 mg的溶液,作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法(通则0502)试验,吸取上述两种溶液各2 μl,分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-异丙醇-甲醇-浓氨试液(6︰3︰1.5︰1.5︰0.5)为展开剂,置氨蒸气饱和的展开缸内,展开,取出,晾干,置紫外光灯(365 nm)下检视。供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点。
(2)To 0.5 g of the powder add 10 ml of ethanol, ultraso-nicate for 10 minutes, filter, use the filtrate as the test solution. Dissolve palmatine hydrochloride CRS in methanol

照醇溶性浸出物测定法(通则2201)项下的热浸法测定,用1%盐酸甲醇溶液作溶剂,不得少于17.0%。
Carry out the method for determination of ethanolsoluble extractives <2201, the hot extraction method>, using a solution of 1% hydrochloric acid in methanol as the solvent, not less than 17.0 per cent.

含量测定 Assay

照高效液相色谱法(通则0512)测定。
Carry out the method for high performance liquid chromatography <0512>.

色谱条件与系统适用性试验 Chromatographic conditions and system suitability test

以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(32︰68)为流动相;柱温为40 °C检测波长为345 nm。理论板数按盐酸巴马汀峰计算应不低于5000。
Use octadecyl-silane bonded silica gel as the stationary phase and a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (32: 68) as the mobile phase, and maintain the column temperature at 40 °C. As detector a spectrophotometer set at 345 nm. The number of theoretical plates of the column is not less than 5000, calculated with reference to the peak of palmatine hydrochloride.

对照品溶液的制备 Preparation of reference solution

取盐酸巴马汀对照品适量,精密称定,加1%盐酸甲醇溶液制成每1 ml含30 μg的溶液,即得。
Dissolve a quantity of palmatine hydrochloride CRS, accurately weighed, in a solution of 1% hydrochloric acid in methanol to produce a solution containing 30 μg per ml.

供试品溶液的制备 Preparation of test solution

取本品粉末(过三号筛)约0.6 g,精密称定,置具塞锥形瓶中,精密加入1%盐酸甲醇溶液100 ml,密塞,称定重量,放置过夜,加热回流1小时,放冷,再称定重量,用1%盐酸甲醇溶液补足减失的重量,摇匀,滤过,精密量取续滤液2 ml,置10 ml量瓶中,加1%盐酸甲醇溶液至刻度,摇匀,即得。
Weigh accurately 0.6 g of the powder (through No.3 sieve) to a stoppered conical flask, add accurately 100 ml of a solution of 1% hydrochloric acid in methanol, stopper tightly, weigh, stand overnight, heat on a water bath for 1 hour, allow to cool, weigh again, replenish the loss of the weight with a solution of 1% hydrochloric acid in methanol, mix well, filter. Accurately measure 2 ml of the successive filtrate to a 10 ml volumetric flask, dilute with a solution of 1% hydrochloric acid in methanol to volume, mix well.

测定法 Assay method

分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各5 μl,注入液相色谱仪,测定,即得。
Inject accurately 5 μl of each of the reference solution and the test solution, respectively, into the column, and calculate the content.

本品按干燥品计算,含盐酸巴马汀(C21H21NO4•HCl)不得少于2.0%。
It contains not less than 2.0 per cent of palmatine hydro-chloride(C21H32NO4.HCl), calculated with reference to the dried drug.

Common Fibraurea Stem is the dried lianoid stem of Fibraurea recisa Pierre. (Fam. Menispermaceae). The drug is collected in autumn and winter, cut into section, and dried in the sun.

性状 Description

本品呈长圆柱形,稍扭曲,直径0.6~3cm。表面灰褐色至黄棕色,粗糙,有纵沟和横裂纹,老茎外皮较易剥落。质硬,不易折断,折断时可见大量粉尘飞扬,断面不整齐,黄色,具纤维性,有棕黄色与黄棕色相间排列的放射状纹理,导管呈细孔状,木质部有时具裂隙,中心多为枯黄棕色或空腔。气微,味苦。
Long cylindrical, slightly twisted, 0.6-3 cm in diameter. Externally greyish-brown to yellowish-brown; rough, with longitudinal furrows and transverse cracks, outer bark of the old stem easily fallen off. Texture hard, uneasily broken, dusting on breaking, fracture uneven, yellow, fibrous, showing radially arranged striations alternated with brownish-yellow and yellowish-brown colours, pores of vessels fine, xylem sometimes with cracks. Centre yellowish-brown or hollowed. Odour, slight; taste, bitter.

鉴别 Identification
