概述 Overview

本品为豆科植物合欢Albizia julibrissin Durazz.的干燥树皮。夏、秋二季剥取，晒干。
Albizia Bark is the dried bark of Albizia julibrissin Durazz. (Fam. Leguminosae). The drug is collected in summer and autumn, peeled and dried in the sun.

性状 Description

本品呈卷曲筒状或半筒状，长40～80cm，厚0.1～0.3cm。外表面灰棕色至灰褐色，稍有纵皱纹，有的成浅裂纹，密生明显的椭圆形横向皮孔，棕色或棕红色，偶有突起的横棱或较大的圆形枝痕，常附有地衣斑；内表面淡黄棕色或黄白色，平滑，有细密纵纹。质硬而脆，易折断，断面呈纤维性片状，淡黄棕色或黄白色。气微香，味淡、微涩、稍刺舌，而后喉头有不适感。
Bark curled cylindrical or semi-cylindrical, 40-80 cm long, 0.1-0.3 cm thick. Outer surface grayish-brown to grayish-brown, slightly longitudinally wrinkled, some shallow cracks, densely elliptical transverse lenticels, brown or reddish-brown, occasionally with raised transverse ridges or larger circular branch marks, often with lichen spots; inner surface pale yellow-brown or yellowish-white, smooth, with fine longitudinal lines. Hard and brittle texture, easy to break, fibrous section, pale yellow-brown or yellowish-white. Slightly fragrant odor, taste slightly bitter, slightly astringent, slightly tingling on the tongue, followed by discomfort in the throat.

鉴别 Identification

（1）本品粉末灰黄色。石细胞类长圆形、类圆形、长方形、长条形或不规则形，直径16～58μm，壁较厚，孔沟明显，有的分枝。纤维细长，直径7～22μm，常成束，周围细胞含草酸钙方晶，形成晶纤维，含晶细胞壁不均匀增厚，木化或微木化。草酸钙方晶直径5～26μm。
(1) The powder is grayish-yellow. Stone cells are elongated, circular, rectangular, elongated or irregular in shape, with a diameter of 16-58μm, thick walls, obvious pits and grooves, and some branching. Fibers are slender, with a diameter of 7-22μm, often in bundles, and the surrounding cells contain calcium oxalate prisms, forming crystal fibers. The cell walls containing crystals are unevenly thickened, lignified or slightly lignified. The diameter of calcium oxalate prisms is 5-26μm.

（2）取本品粉末1g，加50%甲醇10ml，浸泡1小时，超声处理30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加水5ml使溶解，用正丁醇振摇提取2次，每次5ml，合并正丁醇液，蒸干，残渣加甲醇0.5ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取合欢皮对照药材1g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各3μl，分别点于同一高效硅胶G薄层板上，以三氯甲烷-甲醇-水（13∶5∶2）的下层溶液（每10ml加甲酸0.1ml）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以5%磷钼酸乙醇试液，在90°C加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。
(2) Take 1g of the powder, add 10ml of 50% methanol, soak for 1 hour, ultrasonicate for 30 minutes, filter, evaporate the filtrate to dryness, dissolve the residue in 5ml of water, extract with n-butanol twice, each time with 5ml, combine the n-butanol solution, evaporate to dryness, dissolve the residue in 0.5ml of methanol as the test solution. Take 1g of Albizia Bark as the reference material, and prepare the reference material solution by the same method. Carry out the method for thin layer chromatography<0502>, using silica gel G as the coating substance and a mixture of chloroform-methanol-water (13:5:2) as the lower layer solution (add 0.1ml of formic acid to each 10ml), develop, remove, dry, and spray with a 5% solution of phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol, heat at 90°C until the spots are clearly colored. The chromatogram obtained with the test solution shows spots of the same color at the corresponding positions as those obtained with the reference material solution.

色谱条件与系统适用性试验 Chromatographic conditions and system suitability test

以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；以乙腈-0.04%磷酸溶液（18∶82）为流动相；检测波长为204nm。理论板数按（一）-丁香树脂酚-4-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-（1→2）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷峰计算应不低于3000。
Using octadecylsilane bonded silica gel as the filler; using acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid solution (18:82) as the mobile phase; detecting wavelength at 204nm. The theoretical plate number should not be less than 3000, calculated based on the peak of (1)-eugenol-4-O-β-D-furanose quercetin-(1→2)-β-D-pyranose glucoside.

对照品溶液的制备 Preparation of reference solution

取（一）-丁香树脂酚-4-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-（1→2）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷对照品适量，精密称定，加甲醇制成每1ml含25μg的溶液，即得。
Take an appropriate amount of (1)-eugenol-4-O-β-D-furanose quercetin-(1→2)-β-D-pyranose glucoside reference substance, accurately weigh, add methanol to make a solution containing 25μg per 1ml.

供试品溶液的制备 Preparation of test solution

取本品粉末（过三号筛）约0.5g，精密称定，置具塞锥形瓶中，精密加入50%甲醇20ml，密塞，称定重量，浸泡1小时，超声处理（功率250W，频率40kHz）30分钟，放冷，再称定重量，用50%甲醇补足减失的重量，摇匀，滤过，取续滤液，即得。
Take about 0.5g of the powder of this medicinal material (passed through a No. 3 sieve), accurately weigh, place it in a stoppered conical flask, accurately add 20ml of 50% methanol, seal tightly, weigh, soak for 1 hour, ultrasonicate (power 250W, frequency 40kHz) for 30 minutes, cool, weigh again, make up for the lost weight with 50% methanol, shake well, filter, and take the filtrate.

测定法 Determination method

分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各20μl，注入液相色谱仪，测定，即得。
Accurately take 20μl of the reference solution and the test solution respectively, inject into the liquid chromatograph, determine, and obtain the result.

按干燥品计算，含（一）-丁香树脂酚-4-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-（1→2）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（C33H44O17）不得少于0.030%。
Calculated on the dried product, the content of (1)-eugenol-4-O-β-D-furanose quercetin-(1→2)-β-D-pyranose glucoside (C33H44O17) should not be less than 0.030%.

性状 Description

本品呈弯曲的丝或块片状。外表面灰棕色至灰褐色，稍有纵皱纹，密生明显的椭圆形横向皮孔，棕色或棕红色。内表面淡黄棕色或黄白色， 平滑，具细密纵纹。切面呈纤维性片状，淡黄棕色或黄白色。气微香，味淡、微涩、稍刺舌，而后喉头有不适感。
This product is a curved wire or sheet. Outer surface grayish brown to grayish brown, slightly longitudinal wrinkles, dense obvious oval transverse lenticels, brown or brownish red. inner surface yellowish brown or yellowish white, smooth, with fine longitudinal lines. The section is fibrous flakes, yellowish brown or yellowish white. The breath is slightly fragrant, the taste is light, slightly astringent, slightly pricking the tongue, and then the throat has discomfort.

Silktree Albizia Bark is the dried stem bark of Albizia julibrissin Durazz. (Fam. Leguminosae). The drug is collected in summer and autumn, and dried in the sun.

性状 Description

本品呈卷曲筒状或半筒状，长40～80cm，厚0.1～0.3cm。外表面灰棕色至灰褐色，稍有纵皱纹，有的成浅裂纹，密生明显的椭圆形横向皮孔，棕色或棕红色，偶有突起的横棱或较大的圆形枝痕，常附有地衣斑；内表面淡黄棕色或黄白色，平滑，有细密纵纹。
Quilled or semi-quilled, 40-80 cm long, 0.1- 0.3 cm thick. Outer surface greyish-brown, somewhat longitudinally wrinkled, some shallowly fissured, with dense and distinct transversal elliptical lenticels, brown or brownish-red, occasionally showing prominent transversal ribs or some large rounded branch scars, and often covered with patches of lichens ；inner surface pale yellowish-brown or yellowish-white, smooth, with fine and dense longitudinal striations.

质硬而脆，易折断，断面呈纤维性片状，淡黄棕色或黄白色。气微香，味淡、微涩、稍刺舌，而后喉头有不适感。
Texture hard and fragile, easily broken, fracture fibrously laminated, pale yellowish-brown or yellowish-white. Odour, slightly aromatic； taste, weak, slightly astringent and slightly irritating, with a disagreeable sensation in the throat afterwards.

鉴别 Identification

（1）本品粉末灰黄色。石细胞类长圆形、类圆形、长方形、长条形或不规则形，直径16～58µm，壁较厚，孔沟明显，有的分枝。纤维细长，直径7～22µm，常成束，周围细胞含草酸钙方晶，形成晶纤维，含晶细胞壁不均匀增厚，木化或微木化。草酸钙方晶直径5～26µm。
(1) Powder: Greyish-yellow. Stone cells suboblong, subrounded ♦ rectangular, strip-shaped or irregular, 16-58 μm in diameter, walls relatively thickened, pit canals distinct, some branched. Fibres slender, 7-22 μm in diameter, usually in bundles, surrounded by parenchymatous cells containing prisms of calcium oxalate, forming crystal fibres, the walls of cells containing crystals unevenly thickened, lignified or slightly lignified. Prisms of calcium oxalate 5-26 μm in diameter.

（2）取本品粉末1g，加50%甲醇10ml浸泡1小时，超声处理30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加水5ml使溶解，用正丁醇振摇提取2次，每次5ml，合并正丁醇液，蒸干，残渣加甲醇0.5ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取合欢皮对照药材1g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各3µl，分别点于同一高效硅胶G薄层板上，以三氯甲烷-甲醇-水（13：5：2）的下层溶液（每10ml加甲酸0.1ml）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以5%磷钼酸乙醇试液，在90℃加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。
(2) To 1 g of the powder, macerate with 10 ml of 50% methanol for 1 hour, ultrasonicate for 30 minutes, and filter. Evaporate the filtrate to dryness, dissolve the residue in 5 ml of water, and extract by shaking with two 5-ml quantities of n-butanol, combine the n-butanol extracts, evaporate to dryness, and dissolve the residue in 0.5 ml of methanol as the test solution. Prepare a solution of 1 g of Albiziae Cortex reference drug in the same manner as the reference drug solution. Carry out the method for thin layer chromatography 〈0502 〉, using silica gel G as the coating substance and the lower layer (each 10 ml of the mixture add 0.1 ml of formic acid) of a mixture of chloroform, methanol, and water (13 : 5 : 2) as the mobile phase. Apply separately 3 μl of each of the above two solutions to the plate. After developing and removal of the plate, dry it in air, spray with a 5% solution of phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol, and heat at 90℃ to the spots clear. The spots in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution correspond in position and colour to the spots in the chromatogram obtained with the reference drug solution.

Description: Curved slivers or piece-shaped. Outer surface greyish-brown, somewhat longitudinally wrinkled, with dense and distinct transversal elliptical lenticels, brown or reddish-brown； inner surface pale yellowish-brown or yellowish-white, smooth, with fine and dense longitudinal striations. Fracture fibrously laminated, pale yellowish-brown or yellowish-white. Odour slightly aromatic； taste weak, slightly astringent and slightly irritating, with a disagreeable sensation in the throat afterwards.
