概述 Overview

本品为桔梗科植物半边莲Lobelia chinensis Lour.的干燥全草。夏季采收，除去泥沙，洗净，晒干。
Lobelia Chinensis Herb is the dried whole herb of Lobelia chinensis Lour. (Fam. Campanulaceae). The drug is collected in summer, removed from impurities, washed clean, and dried.

性状 Description

本品常缠结成团。根茎极短，直径1～2mm；表面淡棕黄色，平滑或有细纵纹。根细小，黄色，侧生纤细须根。茎细长，有分枝，灰绿色，节明显，有的可见附生的细根。叶互生，无柄，叶片多皱缩，绿褐色，展平后叶片呈狭披针形，长1～2.5cm，宽0.2～0.5cm，边缘具疏而浅的齿或全缘。花梗细长，花小，单生于叶腋，花冠基部筒状，上部5裂，偏向一边，浅紫红色，花冠筒内有白色茸毛。气微特异，味微甘而辛。
The drug is commonly tangled into a mass. Rhizome extremely short, 1-2 mm in diameter; surface pale brownish-yellow, smooth or with fine longitudinal wrinkles. Roots slender, yellow, with slender lateral fibrous roots. Stems slender, branched, grayish-green, nodes distinct, some with attached fine roots. Leaves alternate, sessile, leaf blades often wrinkled, greenish-brown, narrowly lanceolate when flattened, 1-2.5 cm long, 0.2-0.5 cm wide, margin sparsely and shallowly toothed or entire. Peduncles slender, flowers small, solitary in leaf axils, corolla tubular at base, 5-lobed above, slightly inclined to one side, pale purplish-red, corolla tube with white pubescence. Odour, slightly peculiar; taste, slightly sweet and pungent.

鉴别 Identification

（1）本品粉末灰绿黄色或淡棕黄色。叶表皮细胞垂周壁微波状，气孔不定式，副卫细胞3～7个。螺纹导管和网纹导管多见，直径7～34μm。草酸钙簇晶常存在于导管旁，有时排列成行。导管旁可见乳汁管，内含颗粒状物和油滴状物。薄壁细胞中含菊糖，薄壁细胞长方形，细胞壁螺纹状增厚。
(1) The powder is grayish-green, yellowish or pale brownish-yellow. Epidermal cells of the leaf in surface view sinuous in anticlinal walls, stomata anomocytic, subsidiary cells 3-7. Spiral vessels and reticulate vessels frequently seen, 7-34 μm in diameter. Calcium oxalate cluster crystals often present in the vicinity of vessels, sometimes arranged in rows. Laticiferous vessels visible in the vicinity of vessels, containing granular or oily substances. Thin-walled cells containing inulin, rectangular, cell walls with spiral thickenings.

（2）取本品粉末1g，加甲醇50ml，超声处理30分钟，放冷，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加甲醇2ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取半边莲对照药材1g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以三氯甲烷-甲醇（9∶1）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液，在105℃加热至斑点显色清晰，分别置日光和紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点或荧光斑点。
(2) To 1 g of the powder add 50 ml of methanol, treat with ultrasound for 30 minutes, cool, filter, evaporate the filtrate to dryness, dissolve the residue in 2 ml of methanol as the test solution. Take 1 g of Lobelia Chinensis Herb as the reference material, and prepare the reference material solution in the same manner. Carry out the method for thin layer chromatography<0502>, using silica gel G as the coating substance and a mixture of chloroform and methanol (9:1) as the mobile phase. Apply separately to the plate 5 μl of each of the above two solutions. After developing and removal of the plate, dry in air. Spray with a 10% solution of sulfuric acid in ethanol, heat at 105°C to the spots clear. Examine under daylight and ultraviolet light at 365 nm. The spots or fluorescent spots in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution correspond in position and colour to the spots in the chromatogram obtained with the reference material solution.

性状 Description

本品呈不规则的段。根及根茎细小，表面淡棕黄色或黄色。茎细，灰绿色，节明显。叶无柄，叶片多皱缩，绿褐色，狭披针形，边缘具疏而浅的齿或全缘。气味特异，味微甘而辛。
This product is in irregular segments. Roots and rhizomes are fine, with a light brownish-yellow or yellow surface. Stem fine, grey-green, nodes obvious. Leaves sessile, leaf blade much wrinkled, greenish brown, narrowly lanceolate, margin with sparse and shallow teeth or entire. Odour is peculiar, slightly sweet and pungent.

Usually tangled up into masses. Rhizomes extremely short, 1-2 mm in diameter, externally pale brownish-yellow, smooth or finely striated longitudinally. Roots slender, yellow, bearing lateral rootlets. Stems slender, branched, greyish-green, with obvious nodes, some bearing fibrous roots. Leaves alternate, sessile, lamina mostly crumpled, greenish-brown, when whole, narrowly lanceolate. 1-2.5 cm long, 2-5 mm wide, margin with sparse and shallow serrate or entire. Pedicels slender, flowers small, solitary and axillary, corolla tubular at the base, 5-lobed at the upper part, oblique on one side, pale purplish-red, with white pubescences inside the corolla tube. Odour, slight, characteristic; taste, slightly sweet and pungent.

(1) Powder: Greyish-greenish-yellow or pale brownish-yellow. The anticlinal walls of leaf epidermal cells slightly sinuous, stomata anomocytic, subsidiary cells 3-7. Spiral vessels and reticulate vessels frequently visible, 7-34 μm in diameter. Clusters of calcium oxalate frequently occurring beside vessels, sometimes arranged in rows. Laticiferous tubes closed to vessel visible, containing granular and oily contents. Parenchymatous cells containing inulin, rectangular. walls helico-thickened
