茴香茎叶，中药名。为伞形科茴香属植物茴香Foeniculum vulgare Mill.的茎叶。具有理气和胃，散寒止痛的功效。主治恶心呕吐，疝气，腰痛，痈肿。
Fennel (Hui-xiang, name of Chinese Medicinal Material. ing-ye) refers to the stems and leaves of Foeniculum vulgare Mill., a plant belonging to the Umbelliferae family. It has the functions of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach, dispelling cold, and relieving pain. It is mainly used to treat nausea, vomiting, hernia, lumbago, and carbuncle swelling.

叶含抗坏血酸约123mg％、去氢抗坏血酸约37mg％、少量维生素B2、莲甙、茴香甙、山柰酚-3-阿拉伯糖甙、山柰酚-3-葡萄糖醛酸甙、槲皮素-3-葡萄糖醛酸甙，以及桂皮酸、阿魏酸、咖啡酸、安息香酸、茴香酸、香荚兰酸、龙胆酸、邻香豆酸、原儿茶酸、丁香酸、芥子酸、延胡索酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、莽草酸、奎宁酸等有机酸。
The leaves contain about 123mg% ascorbic acid, about 37mg% dehydroascorbic acid, a small amount of vitamin B2, lianoid, anethole, quercetin-3-arabinoside, quercetin-3-glucuronide, kaempferol-3-glucuronide, as well as cinnamic acid, ferulic acid, caffeic acid, benzoic acid, anisic acid, vanillic acid, gentiopicroside, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, ellagic acid, syringic acid, sinapic acid, gallic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, chlorogenic acid, quinic acid, and quininic acid.

1. 治卒肾气冲胁，如刀刺痛，喘息不得，亦甚理小肠气：生捣茴香茎叶汁一合，投热洒一合服之。（《食疗本草》）
   Treating sudden kidney qi rushing to the flanks, causing stabbing pain as if being cut by a knife, accompanied by difficulty breathing, and severe bloating of the small intestine: Extract the juice of crushed fennel stems and leaves, one unit each, and take it with hot water.
