金合欢，中药名。为豆科植物金合欢Acaciafarnesiana（L.）Willd.的根、茎、树皮。根：收敛、止血、解热、消炎、排脓、截疟、祛风。主治关节炎、久年风痛、痉挛、手脚风、麻痹、跌打伤、肺结核、肺痫、疮疖、泄泻、糖尿病。全株：收敛止血、排脓、消痈。树皮：收敛、止血。主治外伤、黏膜炎。种子：驱虫。
Jin-he-huan, name of Chinese Medicinal Material. It refers to the root, stem, and bark of the leguminous plant Acacia farnesiana (L.) Willd. Root: astringent, hemostatic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, pus-expelling, antimalarial, and wind-dispelling. It is used to treat arthritis, chronic rheumatic pain, spasms, paralysis of limbs, numbness, bruises, pulmonary tuberculosis, epilepsy, sores, abscesses, diarrhea, and diabetes. Whole plant: astringent, hemostatic, pus-expelling, and anti-inflammatory. Bark: astringent and hemostatic. It is used to treat external injuries and mucositis. Seeds: anthelmintic.

注意事项 Precautions

肝邪过甚者，易引起脚缩挛症，故应少用。

临床应用 Clinical Applications

1、治风湿痛、四肢麻痹：金合欢50g，芙蓉头50g，桑寄生25g，掇鼻草25g，桶交藤50g，猪脚1节。水4碗，酒4碗，煎至3碗，去药渣。加猪脚，炖烂服。早、晚饭后及睡前各服1次。

1. Treatment for rheumatic pain and limb paralysis: 50g Albizia julibrissin, 50g Hibiscus mutabilis, 25g Loranthus parasiticus, 25g Lysimachia christinae, 50g Tinospora sinensis, 1 pig's foot. Boil with 4 bowls of water and 4 bowls of wine until reduced to 3 bowls, remove the residue. Add the pig's foot and stew until tender. Take it once after breakfast, dinner, and before bedtime.

2、治酸痛症、祛风止痛：金合欢50g，艾纳香50g，黄金桂50g，楦梧50g，王不留行15g，大风藤25g，猪尾椎骨150g。水4碗，米酒4碗，煎3碗，去药渣。加猪尾椎骨，炖烂，分3次，早、晚饭后及睡前各服1次。
2. Treatment for acid pain and wind-dampness: 50g Albizia julibrissin, 50g Artemisia argyi, 50g Cinnamomum cassia, 50g Euonymus alatus, 15g Paris polyphylla, 25g Tripterygium wilfordii, 150g pig's coccyx. Boil with 4 bowls of water and 4 bowls of rice wine until reduced to 3 bowls, remove the residue. Add the pig's coccyx, stew until tender, divide into 3 doses, take it once after breakfast, dinner, and before bedtime.

3、治痛风、腰膝酸软：金合欢50g，通天草50g，红骨掇鼻草30g，黄金桂30g，桑寄生25g，红根仔草25g，鲜骨碎补30g，猪排骨200g。水8碗煎至3碗，去药渣，加猪排骨，炖烂，分三次，早、晚饭前及睡前各服1次。
3. Treatment for gout and soreness in the waist and knees: 50g Albizia julibrissin, 50g Gelsemium elegans, 30g Lysimachia christinae, 30g Cinnamomum cassia, 25g Loranthus parasiticus, 25g Rubus alceaefolius, 30g fresh broken bone supplement, 200g pork ribs. Boil with 8 bowls of water until reduced to 3 bowls, remove the residue, add the pork ribs, stew until tender, divide into three doses, take it once before breakfast, dinner, and bedtime.

4、治尿酸酸痛症：番仔刺50g，大丁黄50g，红骨蛇50g，桂花根50g，红茄苳根50g，骨碎补50g。水5碗，酒5碗，加猪脊骨炖熟，分次服。
4. Treatment for uric acid pain: 50g Erythrina variegata, 50g Gentiana scabra, 50g Elaphe taeniura, 50g Osmanthus fragrans, 50g Rhus succedanea, 50g broken bone supplement. Boil with 5 bowls of water and 5 bowls of wine, stew with pig's spine until cooked, take in divided doses.

5、治糖尿病脚酸麻：金合欢50g，红骨含羞草头50g，小本牛乳埔25g，龙眼根50g，小本山葡萄25g，黄金桂25g，山栀根25g，腰子草25g，鸡屎藤25g。水8碗煎至3碗，加猪瘦肉200g，炖熟，分3次服。
5. Treatment for diabetic foot pain and numbness: 50g Albizia julibrissin, 50g Desmodium podocarpum, 25g Achyranthes bidentata, 50g Longan root, 25g Ampelopsis japonica, 25g Cinnamomum cassia, 25g Gardenia jasminoides, 25g Lycopodium serratum, 25g Desmodium styracifolium. Boil with 8 bowls of water until reduced to 3 bowls, add 200g lean pork, stew until cooked, take in three doses.

6、治月内风感冒：番仔刺50g，鸭公青50g，黄金桂525g，鸡屎藤25g，帽仔顿头50g，走马胎25g。水8碗煎至3碗，去渣。加鸡头，炖熟，分3次服。
6. Treatment for cold during menstruation: 50g Erythrina variegata, 50g Isatis indigotica, 25g Cinnamomum cassia, 25g Desmodium styracifolium, 50g Euphorbia helioscopia, 25g Euphorbia hirta. Boil with 8 bowls of water until reduced to 3 bowls, remove the residue. Add a chicken head, stew until cooked, take in three doses.

7、治全身酸痛：金合欢50g，软枝楦梧50g，红骨蛇25g，小本山葡萄50g，白肉穿山龙50g，青山龙50g，白鸡屎藤25g，猪尾椎骨1条。水8碗煎至3碗，去渣。加猪尾骨，炖烂，分3次服。
7. Treatment for general body soreness: 50g Albizia julibrissin, 50g Euonymus alatus, 25g Elaphe taeniura, 50g Ampelopsis japonica, 50g Disporum cantoniense, 50g Polygonatum kingianum, 25g Desmodium styracifolium, 1 pig's coccyx. Boil with 8 bowls of water until reduced to 3 bowls, remove the residue. Add the pig's coccyx, stew until tender, take in three doses.

8、治腰脊酸痛：金合欢50g，山烟头25g，千斤拔25g，白粗糠50g，小本山葡萄50g，白埔姜25g，入骨丹25g，猪尾椎骨1条。水4碗，酒4碗，煎至2碗，加猪尾椎骨，炖烂，早、晚各服1次。
8. Treatment for soreness in the lumbar spine: 50g Albizia julibrissin, 25g Clematis armandii, 25g Clerodendrum trichotomum, 50g Oryza sativa, 50g Ampelopsis japonica, 25g Alpinia oxyphylla, 25g Ligusticum chuanxiong, 1 pig's coccyx. Boil with 4 bowls of water and 4 bowls of wine until reduced to 2 bowls, add the pig's coccyx, stew until tender, take once in the morning and evening.

9、治尿毒、利尿排毒：金合欢25g，白花蛇舌草40g，半枝莲40g，小本丁竖25g，小金英25g，凤尾草40g，紫花玲珑豆40g。用法：水8碗煎至3碗，当茶饮。
9. Treatment for urinary toxicity, diuresis, and detoxification: 25g Albizia julibrissin, 40g Hedyotis diffusa, 40g Scutellaria barbata, 25g Desmodium styracifolium, 25g Lysimachia christinae, 40g Adenophora stricta, 40g Abrus precatorius. Method: Boil with 8 bowls of water until reduced to 3 bowls, drink as tea.

落叶性灌木或小乔木，株高2-4m。多分枝，树皮粗糙；枝条呈之字形，具双叉刺，托叶硬化如尖刺，刺长1-2cm。二回羽状复叶，长2-8cm；叶轴被灰色长柔毛，有腺体；羽片4-8对分；小叶10-20对，线状长圆形。花期3-6月，头状花序1或24个簇生于叶腋，花黄色，有香味。果期7-11月，荚果膨胀近圆筒状，内含种子8-12粒，褐色，略扁，歪水滴形，长约0.6cm。
Deciduous shrub or small tree, 2-4m tall. Highly branched, with rough bark; branches zigzag-shaped, with paired thorns, and stipules hardened into sharp spines, 1-2cm long. Bipinnate compound leaves, 2-8cm long; leaf axis covered with gray long soft hairs and glands; pinnae in 4-8 pairs; leaflets 10-20 pairs, linear-elliptic. Flowering from March to June, with 1 or 24 head-like inflorescences clustered in leaf axils, yellow and fragrant flowers. Fruiting from July to November, pods swollen, nearly cylindrical, containing 8-12 seeds, brown, slightly flattened, obliquely teardrop-shaped, about 0.6cm long.
