药膳食疗:茼蒿炒肉丝:功效:健脾滋阴、消肿解毒。原材料:茼蒿嫩茎叶250g,鲜猪肉100g,料酒、精盐、味精、酱油葱花、姜末各适量。做法:将茼蒿去杂、洗净,入沸水中焯一下,捞出挤干水后切段。猪肉洗净切丝,将料酒、精盐、酱油、葱花、姜末、少量的水淀粉放入碗内搅成芡汁。锅烧热,倒入适量植物油。再下肉丝煸炒,倒入芡汁,炒至肉丝熟而入味,再投入茼蒿炒至入味,出锅即成。用法:佐餐食用。相关配伍

Plants of the Artemisia genus in the Asteraceae family include Artemisia annua and Artemisia afra. They have distinct morphological characteristics.

1、蒿子杆:光滑无毛或几光滑无毛,高20~70厘米。茎直立,通常自中上部分枝。基生叶花期枯萎。中下部茎叶倒卵形至长椭圆形,长8~10厘米。二回羽状分裂,一回深裂或几全裂,侧裂片3~8对。二回为深裂或浅裂,裂片披针形、斜三角形或线形,宽1~4毫米。头状花序通常2~8个生茎枝顶端,有长花梗,并不形成明显伞房花序,或头状花序单生茎顶。总苞径1.5~2.5厘米。总苞片4层,内层长约1厘米。舌片长15~25毫米。舌状花瘦果有3条宽翅肋,特别是腹面的1条翅肋伸延于瘦果顶端并超出于花冠基部,伸长成喙状或芒尖状,间肋不明显,或背面的间肋稍明显。管状花瘦果两侧压扁,有2条突起的肋,余肋稍明显。2、南茼蒿:光滑无毛或几光滑无毛,高20~60厘米。茎直立,富肉质。叶椭圆形、倒卵状披针形或倒卵状椭圆形,边缘有不规则的大锯齿,少有成羽状浅裂的,长4~6厘米,基部楔形,无柄。头状花序单生茎端或少数生茎枝顶端,但不形成伞房花序,花梗长5厘米。总苞径1~2厘米。内层总苞片顶端膜质扩大几成附片状。舌片长达1.5厘米。舌状花瘦果有2条具狭翅的侧肋,间肋不明显,每面3~6条,贴近。管状花瘦果的肋约10条,等形等距,椭圆状。花果期3~6月。蒿子杆分布区域

  1. Artemisia annua: Smooth and hairless, or nearly smooth and hairless, 20-70 cm tall. Stem erect, usually branching from the middle to upper part. Basal leaves wither during flowering period. Lower and middle stem leaves are inverted egg-shaped to elongated oval, 8-10 cm long. Bipinnately divided, deeply lobed once or nearly fully lobed, with 3-8 pairs of lateral lobes. Second lobes are deeply or shallowly lobed, with lanceolate, oblique triangular, or linear lobes, 1-4 mm wide. Capitula usually 2-8 at the apex of stem branches, with long peduncles, not forming distinct umbel-like inflorescences, or solitary at the apex of stem. Involucre diameter 1.5-2.5 cm. Involucral bracts in 4 layers, inner bracts about 1 cm long. Ligules 15-25 mm long. Ligulate achenes with 3 broad winged ribs, especially one rib on the ventral side extending beyond the apex of the achene and protruding from the base of the corolla, elongating into a beak or awn-shaped tip, with indistinct intercostal ribs, or slightly distinct intercostal ribs on the dorsal side.2. Artemisia argyi: Smooth and hairless, or nearly smooth and hairless, 20-60 cm tall. Stem erect, fleshy. Leaves elliptic, inverted egg-shaped lanceolate, or inverted oval, irregularly serrated margins, few shallowly lobed, 4-6 cm long, cuneate at the base, sessile. Capitula solitary at the apex of the stem or a few at the apex of stem branches, not forming umbel-like inflorescences, with 5 cm long peduncles. Involucre diameter 1-2 cm. Inner involucral bracts with membranous enlarged apices forming appendage-like structures. Ligules up to 1.5 cm long. Ligulate achenes with 2 narrow-winged lateral ribs, indistinct intercostal ribs, 3-6 ribs on each side, closely spaced. Tubular achenes with about 10 ribs, equally shaped and spaced, elliptical.
