概述 Overview

本品为谷精草科植物谷精草Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern.的干燥带花茎的头状花序。秋季采收,将花序连同花茎拔出，晒干。
Eriocaulon Herb is the dried capitulum of the inflorescence of Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern. (Fam. Eriocaulaceae). The drug is collected in autumn, the capitulum with the peduncle is pulled out, and dried in the sun.

性状 Description

本品头状花序呈半球形，直径4～5 mm。底部有苞片层层紧密排列，苞片淡黄绿色，有光泽，上部边缘密生白色短毛；花序顶部灰白色。揉碎花序，可见多数黑色花药和细小黄绿色未成熟的果实。花茎纤细，长短不一，直径不及 1 mm，淡黄绿色，有数条扭曲的棱线。质柔软。气微，味淡。
Capitulum hemispherical, 4-5 mm in diameter. Bracts at the base arranged in close layers, pale yellowish-green, glossy, with white short hairs densely on the upper margin; top of capitulum greyish-white. When crushed, numerous black anthers and small yellowish-green immature fruits are visible. Peduncle slender, variable in length, less than 1 mm in diameter, pale yellowish-green, with several twisted ridges. Texture, soft. Odour, slight; taste, weak.

鉴别 Identification

（1）本品粉末黄绿色。腺毛头部长椭圆形，1～4细胞，顶端细胞较长，表面有细密网状纹理；柄单细胞。非腺毛甚长，2～4细胞。种皮表皮细胞表面观扁长六角形，壁上衍生伞形支柱。花茎表皮细胞表面观长条形，表面有纵直角质纹理，气孔类长方形。果皮细胞表面观类多角形，垂周壁念珠状增厚。花粉粒类圆形，具螺旋状萌发孔。
(1) Powder: yellowish-green. Glandular hairs, head elongated-elliptical, 1-4 cells, the terminal cell longer, surface with fine reticulate markings; stalk single-celled. Non-glandular hairs very long, 2-4 cells. Epidermal cells of seed coat viewed from the surface elongated hexagonal, with umbrella-shaped projections on the wall. Epidermal cells of stem viewed from the surface elongated, with straight or right-angled cuticular striations, stomata-like cells rectangular. Epidermal cells of pericarp viewed from the surface polygonal, with thickened walls at the angles. Pollen grains spherical, with helical germination pores.

（2）取本品粉末1 g，加乙醇30 ml，超声处理30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加乙醇1 ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取谷精草对照药材1 g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱 法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5 μl，分别点于同一 硅胶G薄层板上，以甲苯-丙酮（10：0.6）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯（365 nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光主斑点。
(2) To 1 g of the powder add 30 ml of ethanol, treat with ultrasound for 30 minutes, filter, evaporate the filtrate to dryness, dissolve the residue in 1 ml of ethanol as the test solution. Prepare a solution of the reference drug of Eriocaulon Herb in the same manner as the test solution. Carry out the method for thin layer chromatography<0502>, using silica gel G as the coating substance and a mixture of toluene and acetone (10:0.6) as the mobile phase. Apply separately to the plate 5 μl of each of the above two solutions. After developing and removal of the plate, dry in air. Examine under ultraviolet light at 365 nm. The fluorescent spot in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution corresponds in position and colour to the principal spot in the chromatogram obtained with the reference drug.

Pipewort Flower is the dried capitulum with peduncle of Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern. (Fam. Eriocau-laceae). The drug is collected in autumn, the capitulum is picked up with peduncle, and dried in the sun.

性状 Description

本品头状花序呈半球形，直径4～5mm。底部有苞片层层紧密棑列，苞片淡黄绿色，有光泽，上部边缘密生白色短毛；花序顶部灰白色。揉碎花序，可见多数黑色花药和细小黄绿色未成熟的果实。花茎纤细，长短不一，直径不及1mm，淡黄绿色，有数条扭曲的棱线。质柔软。气微，味淡。
Capitulum hemispherical, 4-5 mm in diameter. Bracts densely arranged in numerous layers at the base, pale yellowish-green, lustrous, densely pubescent at the upper margin. The top of the capitulum greyish-white. After rubbing, numerous black anthers and fine, yellowish-green, unripe fruits visible. Peduncles slender, varying in length, less than 1 mm in diameter, pale yellowish-green, bearing numerous twisted ridges. Texture pliable. Odour, slight; taste, weak.
