概述 Overview

本品为卤化物类石盐族湖盐结晶体，主含氯化钠（NaCl）。自盐湖中采挖后，除去杂质，干燥。
Halite is the crystalline product of the halide class of rock salt family, mainly containing sodium chloride (NaCl). It is obtained by mining from salt lakes, removing impurities, and drying.

性状 Description

本品为立方体、八面体或菱形的结晶，有的为歪晶，直径0.5～1.5 cm。白色或灰白色，半透明，具玻璃样光泽。质硬，易砸碎，断面光亮。气微，味咸、微涩苦。
Crystals are cubic, octahedral, or rhombic, sometimes distorted, with a diameter of 0.5-1.5 cm. They are white or grayish-white, translucent, and have a glassy luster. The texture is hard, easily crushed, and the fracture surface is shiny. It has a slight odor, and tastes salty and slightly astringent and bitter.

鉴别 Identification

（1）取本品粉末0.1 g，加水5 ml使溶解，加硝酸银试液1滴，即生成白色沉淀。
(1) Take 0.1 g of the powder, dissolve it in 5ml of water, add 1 drop of silver nitrate test solution, and a white precipitate is formed.

（2）取铂丝，用盐酸湿润后，蘸取少许供试品粉末，在无色火焰中燃烧，火焰即显鲜黄色。
(2) Take a platinum wire, moisten it with hydrochloric acid, dip a small amount of the test powder, and burn it in a colorless flame. The flame appears bright yellow.

含量测定 Content Determination

取本品细粉约0.15 g，精密称定，置锥形瓶中，加水50 ml溶解，加2%糊精溶液10 ml、碳酸钙0.1 g与0.1%荧光黄指示液8滴，用硝酸银滴定液（0.1 mol/L）滴定至浑浊液由黄绿色变为微红色，即得。每1 ml硝酸银滴定液（0.1 mol/L）相当于5.844 mg的氯化钠（NaCl）。
Weigh about 0.15 g of the fine powder accurately, place it in a conical flask, dissolve it in 50 ml of water, add 10 ml of 2% starch solution, 0.1 g of calcium carbonate, and 8 drops of 0.1% fluorescein yellow indicator solution. Titrate with silver nitrate solution (0.1 mol/L) until the turbid solution changes from yellow-green to pale red. Each 1 ml of silver nitrate solution (0.1 mol/L) is equivalent to 5.844 mg of sodium chloride (NaCl).

本品含氯化钠（NaCl）不得少于97.0%。
The content of sodium chloride (NaCl) in this product should not be less than 97.0%.

归心、肾、膀胱经。
It enters the Heart, Kidney, and Bladder meridians.

功能 Functions

清热，凉血，明目。
It clears heat, cools blood, and improves vision.

主治 Indications

用于吐血，尿血，牙龈肿痛出血，目赤肿痛，风眼烂弦。
It is used for vomiting blood, hematuria, swollen and painful gums, red and swollen eyes, and wind-heat conjunctivitis.

用量 Dosage

1.2~2.5 g。
1.2-2.5 g.

用法 Usage

或入丸散用。外用适量，研末擦牙或水化漱口、洗目。
Made into pills or powder. For external use, use an appropriate amount to rub the teeth or gargle with water, or wash the eyes.

注意 Precautions

水肿者慎用。
It should be used with caution in patients with edema.

贮藏 Storage

置通风干燥处，防潮。
Store in a well-ventilated and dry place, and keep away from moisture.

概述 Overview

本品为卤化物类石盐族湖盐结晶体，主含氯化钠（NaCl）。自盐湖中采挖后，除去杂质，干燥。
Halite is a lake salt crystal of halides of halite group, containing mainly sodium chloride (NaCl). The drug is collected from salt lake, removed from foreign matter, and dried.

性状 Description

本品为立方体、八面体或菱形的结晶，有的为歪晶，直径0.5～1.5cm。白色或灰白色，半透明，具玻璃样光泽。质硬，易砸碎，断面光亮。气微，味咸、微涩苦。
Crystals, cubical, octahedral or rhombic, some distorted, 0.5-1.5 cm in diameter. White or greyish-white, translucent, glossy. Texture hard, easily smashed, fracture bright. Odour, slight; taste, salty, slightly astringent and slightly bitter.

鉴别 Identification

（1）取本品粉末0.1g，加水5ml使溶解，加硝酸银试液1滴，即生成白色沉淀。
（2）取铂丝，用盐酸湿润后，蘸取少许供试品粉末，在无色火焰中燃烧，火焰即显鲜黄色。

含量测定 Assay

取本品细粉约0.15g，精密称定，置锥形瓶中，加水50ml溶解，加2%糊精溶液10ml、碳酸钙0.1g与0.1%荧光黄指示液8滴，用硝酸银滴定液（0.1mol/L）滴定至浑浊液由黄绿色变为微红色，即得。每1ml硝酸银滴定液（0.1mol/L）相当于5.844mg的氯化钠（NaCl）。
Dissolve about 0.15 g of the fine powder, weighed accurately, with 50 ml of water in a conical flask. Add 10 ml of 2% dextrin solution, 0.1 g of calcium carbonate and 8 drops of fluorescein IS, then titrate with silver nitrate VS (0.1 mol/L) until the colour of the cloudy solution changes from yellowish-green to slightly red, and calculate the content. One ml of silver nitrate VS (0.1 mol/L) corresponds to 5.844 mg of sodium chloride (NaCl).

本品含氯化钠（NaCl）不得少于97.0%。
It contains not less than 97.0 per cent of sodium chloride (NaCl).

性味与归经 Property and Flavor

咸，寒。归心、肾、膀胱经。
Cold; salty. Meridian tropism: Heart, kidney, and bladder meridians.

功能与主治 Actions and Indications

清热，凉血，明目。用于吐血，尿血，牙龈肿痛出血，目赤肿痛，风眼烂弦。
To clear heat, cool the blood, and improve vision. Indicated for hematemesis, hematuria, swelling painful gum, gingival bleeding, red painful swelling eyes, and blepharitis.

用法与用量 Administration and Dosage

1.2～2.5g；或入丸散用。外用适量，研末擦牙或水化漱口、洗目。
1.2-2.5 g. Or used in pills and powder. Appropriate amount for topical application. Ground into powder for brushing teeth or dissolved in water as gargle and collyrium.
