扒地蜈蚣，中药名。为萝藦科娃儿藤属植物扒地蜈蚣TylophorarenchangiiTsiang的根和叶。具有活血散瘀，解毒之功效。主治跌打损伤，毒蛇咬伤。

攀援或缠绕灌木，长达3m；茎灰褐色，具纵条纹，被微毛，老渐脱落。叶薄纸质，椭圆状长圆形或长圆状披针形，长5-6.5cm，宽1.5-3cm，顶端急尖或短渐尖，有时具小尖头，基部楔形，稀圆形，无毛，边缘下卷；侧脉不明显，每边约5条，纤细。
Climbing or twining shrubs, up to 3m long; stem gray-brown, with longitudinal stripes, sparsely hairy, gradually shedding with age. 聚伞花序假伞形状，腋生，比叶为短，着花5-6朵；花序梗比花梗短，花梗纤细柔弱，不等长，无毛；小苞片钻状渐尖，被柔毛；花萼5深裂，外面被柔毛，内面基部有5个腺体；花冠白绿色，辐状，花冠筒长2mm，裂片卵状长圆形，镊合状排列；副花冠裂片卵圆形，肉质隆肿，顶端短渐尖；花药近正方形，顶端具圆形膜片；花粉块每室1个，圆球状，平展；子房无毛；柱头盘状五角形。

蓇葖披针形，长6.5cm，直径1cm，无毛；种子宽卵形，扁平，长4mm，宽2mm，顶端具白色绢质种毛；种毛长2cm。花期4-8月，果期9-12月。
