先将炒制容器加热，至撒入麸皮即刻烟起，随即投入待炮炙品，迅速翻动，炒至表面呈黄色或深黄色时，取出，筛去麸皮，放凉。除另有规定外，每100kg待炮炙品，用麸皮10～15kg。根据中华人民共和国药典2020版四部0213炮制通则。
