叉分蓼，中药名。为蓼科植物叉分蓼PolygonumdivaricatumL.和叉枝蓼PolygonumtortuosumD.Don的根。具有清热止泻的功效。主治胃炎，大、小肠积热，热泻腹痛，肺热音哑，产后肾腰痛及腹痛。
Cha-fen-liao, name of Chinese Medicinal Material. the root of Polygonum divaricatum L. and Polygonum tortuosum D. Don, both belonging to the family Polygonaceae. 根呈不规则的块状或条状，木质或草质，长8-15cm，直径5-8cm，横切片或纵切块，宽4-8cm，厚5-8mm，表皮棕褐色或黑褐色，切面类白色、棕黄色至棕红色，颗粒状。茎切段长短不一，有细纵纹，黄褐色至褐色，有节，节稍膨大，有膜质鞘宿存，质韧不易折断，断面不平整，中央有一小孔（有髓或无）。叶片皱缩，展平后卵圆形或线状披针形，无柄或近于无柄。花序皱缩，花大多脱落；花小，淡黄色，气微，味湿，微苦、酸。
