功效作用 Efficacy and Functions
行气，止痛，化痰，益肾。
Promoting qi circulation, relieving pain, resolving phlegm, and nourishing the kidneys.
主治 Indications
气滞胃痛，痰饮咳喘，腰背酸痛，遗精。
Stagnation of Qi causing stomach pain, phlegm-dampness leading to coughing and wheezing, soreness and pain in the lower back, and spermatorrhea.
用法用量 Dosage and Administration
内服：煎汤，9-15g；或研末。
Internal administration: Decoction, 9-15g; or powdered.
注意事项 Precautions
《广西中药志》：肺热咳嗽者忌用。

加工炮制 Processing and Preparation
采收加工：9-10月挖根，鲜用或晒干。
Harvesting and processing: Dig the roots in September to October, and use them fresh or dry them in the sun.
药材鉴别 Identification of Medicinal Materials
药材性状：根细长，圆柱形，有分枝，表面棕黄色，具细皱纹，支根纤细，皮部易剥离。质稍硬，折断面不平整，断面皮部棕黄色，木部淡黄色，于放大镜下观察，木部具众多小孔（导管），射线明显，呈放射状。气微，味淡。
Characteristics of the medicinal material: Roots are slender and cylindrical, with branches, and have a brownish-yellow surface with fine wrinkles. The supporting roots are slender, and the bark is easily peeled off. The texture is slightly hard, and the broken surface is uneven, with the bark being brownish-yellow and the wood being light yellow. When observed under a magnifying glass, the wood has numerous small pores (vessels) and clear rays, appearing radial. It has a faint odor and taste.
