感冒，头痛，风湿关节痛，咳喘，跌打损伤，崩漏。

用法用量 Dosage and Administration

内服：煎汤，15-30g；或泡酒。外用：适量，煎水熏洗；捣敷；或研末敷。
Internal use: decoction, 15-30g; or soak in alcohol. External use: appropriate amount, decoct in water for fumigation and washing; apply as a poultice; or apply as a powdered form.

戟叶酸模根及根茎中含有β-谷甾醇，十八烷醇，槲皮素-3-吡喃半乳糖甙，无色矢车菊素，大黄酚，大黄素，大黄素甲醚，8-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌-1-O-（4-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基）-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖甙。
The rhizomes and roots of Rumex hastatulus contain β-sitosterol, octadecanol, quercetin-3-galactopyranoside, leucocyanidin, chrysophanol, emodin, emodin monomethyl ether, and 8-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone-1-O-(4-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside.

临床应用 Clinical Applications

1、治风湿关节痛：大酸浆草根30g，红牛膝、木瓜、黑骨藤各15g，泡酒500g服。

1. Treatment for rheumatic joint pain: 30g of Radix Rumicis crispus, 15g each of Radix Cyathulae, Chaenomeles, and Caulis Spatholobi, soaked in 500g of liquor for consumption.

2、治关节红肿：大酸浆草鲜叶、小血藤各适量捣敷患处。
2. Treatment for joint redness and swelling: Fresh leaves of Rumex hastatulus and Caulis Spatholobi, crushed and applied to the affected area.

3、治骨折：大酸浆草鲜叶捣烂，加白酒适量，焙热外敷患处。

药材鉴别 Medicinal Material Identification

药材性状：根细长圆柱形，弯曲，偶有分枝；长达30cm，直径0.5-1.5cm；断面木质性，棕黄色，味苦。茎多分枝，节部微膨大；表面有纵纹。叶柄纤细，叶片戟状分叉，狭窄，长2-5cm，宽1-5mm。总状花序密集，小花黄色至淡红色。翅果，三棱形。气微，味苦、涩。
Characteristics of medicinal material: Roots are long, slender, cylindrical, curved, occasionally branched; up to 30cm long, 0.5–1.5cm in diameter; cross-section woody, brownish-yellow, bitter taste. Stems highly branched, nodes slightly swollen; surface has longitudinal ridges. Petioles slender; leaf blades hastate, narrow, 2–5cm long, 1–5mm wide. Dense racemes with small flowers ranging from yellow to pale red. Winged fruit, triangular. Slight odor, bitter and astringent taste.

Perennial herb or subshrub, 30–50cm tall. Rhizome woody, brown; stem erect, highly branched, slender, grooved, covered with white powder. Leaves deeply 3-lobed, lobes linear; central lobe linear or nearly lanceolate, 1.5–3.5cm long; lateral lobes spreading outward or curving upward, 0.5–1.5cm long; leaf base hastate, entire margin, glabrous, with white powder; petiole longer than blade; stipular sheaths membranous, torn, brown.
