茴香根，中药名。为伞形科茴香属植物茴香Foeniculum vulgare Mill.的根。具有温肾和中，行气止痛，杀虫的功效。主治寒疝，耳鸣，胃寒呕逆、腹痛，风寒湿痹，鼻疳，蛔虫病。
