观音茶，中药名。为蔷薇科植物白毛银露梅Potentilla glabra Lodd.var.mandshurica（Maxim.） Hand.-Mazz.[P.arbuscula D.Don var.veitchii（Wils.）N.T.Liou]的叶。具有清暑，和胃，调经，止带的功效。主治暑热眩晕，胃气不和，饮食停滞，月经不调，带下不止。

白毛银露梅，灌木，高0.3-2m。树皮纵向剥落。小枝灰褐色或紫褐色，被稀疏柔毛。叶互生，奇数羽状复叶，通常具小叶2对，偶为3小叶，上面1对小叶基部下延与轴汇合；叶柄被疏柔毛；托叶膜质，被毛或几无毛；小叶片椭圆形、倒卵状椭圆形或卵状椭圆形，长0.5-1.2cm，宽0.4-0.8cm，先端圆钝或急尖，基部楔形或近圆形，全缘，两面绿色，上面或多或少伏生柔毛，下面密被白色绒毛或绢毛。花两性；顶生单花或数花；花梗细长，被疏柔毛；花直径1.5-2.5cm，萼片5，卵形；副萼片5，披针形、卵形，先端圆钝；花柱近基生。瘦果，表面被毛。花、果期5-9月。

Leaves alternate, odd-pinnate compound, usually with 2 pairs of leaflets, occasionally 3 leaflets, with the upper pair of leaflets base extending downward and joining the axis; petiole sparsely hairy; stipules membranous, hairy or nearly hairless; leaflets elliptical, oblanceolate-elliptical, or ovate-elliptical, 0.5–1.2 cm long, 0.4–0.8 cm wide, apex rounded or acute, base cuneate or nearly round, entire margin, green on both sides, sparsely appressed-hairy above, densely covered with white tomentose or silky hairs below. Flowers bisexual; solitary or several flowers terminal; pedicels slender, sparsely hairy; flower diameter 1.5–2.5 cm, 5 ovate sepals; 5 bracteoles, lanceolate or ovate, apex rounded; style nearly basal. Achenes hairy. Flowering and fruiting from May to September.
