形态特征 Morphological Characteristics
落叶灌木，高2-4m。枝圆柱形，红棕色，细瘦开张，幼时有长柔毛。叶互生，具柄；椭圆状卵形，长2.5-5cm，宽1-2cm，先端急尖，基部楔形，全缘，幼时两面被毛，下面较密，老时逐渐脱落，上面绿色，下面淡绿色；托叶线状披针形。
Deciduous shrub, 2-4m tall. Branches are cylindrical, reddish-brown, slender and spreading, with long soft hairs when young. Leaves are alternate, petiolate; elliptic-ovate, 2.5-5cm long, 1-2cm wide, acute at the apex, cuneate at the base, with entire margins, pubescent on both surfaces when young (denser beneath), gradually becoming glabrous with age, green above, pale green below; stipules linear-lanceolate.
花2-5朵组成短聚伞花序；花粉红色，花萼筒钟状或短筒状，外有细毛，萼片三角形，顶端急尖。果实椭圆形，长约1cm，黑色，通常有2核。
Flowers in short cymose inflorescences of 2-5 flowers; pink, with a campanulate or short tubular hypanthium covered in fine hairs, triangular sepals with acute tips. The fruit is elliptical, about 1cm long, black, usually containing 2 stones.
