华萝藦，中药名。为萝藤科萝藤属植物华萝藤Metaplexis hemsleyana Oliv.[M.sinensis（Hemsl.）Hu]的根茎、根或全草。具有温肾益精的功效。主治肾阳不足，畏寒肢冷，腰膝酸软，遗精阳痿，乳汁不足，宫冷不孕。

多年生草质藤本，长5m，有乳汁；枝条具单列短柔毛，节上被毛较密。叶膜质，卵状心形，长5-11cm，宽2.5-10cm，顶端急尖，基部心形，叶耳圆形，长1-3cm，展开，两面无毛，或叶背中脉上被微毛，老时无毛，叶背粉绿色；侧脉每边约5条；叶柄长4.5-5cm，顶端具丛生小腺体。总状式聚伞花序腋生，一至三歧，着花6-16朵；总花梗长4-6cm，被疏柔毛；花梗长5-10mm，被疏柔毛；花白色，芳香，长5mm，直径9-12mm；花蕾阔卵状，顶端钝或圆形；萼片卵状披针形至长圆状披针形，急尖，与花冠等长；花冠近辐状，花冠筒短，花冠裂片宽长圆形，长约5mm，顶端钝，两面无毛；副花冠裂片兜状；花药近方形，顶端膜片圆形；花粉块长圆形，下垂；柱头长喙状，高出花药顶端膜片之上，顶端2裂。蓇葖果双生，叉开，长圆形，长7-8cm，直径2cm，外果皮粗糙并被微毛；种子长卵形，长6mm，宽4mm，顶端种毛长3cm。花期7-9月，果期9-12月。
Perennial herbaceous vine, 5m long, with latex; branches with single-row short soft hairs, denser on the nodes. Leaves membranous, ovate to cordate, 5-11cm long, 2.5-10cm wide, acute at the apex, cordate at the base, with rounded leaf lobes, 1-3cm long, hairless on both sides, or sparsely hairy on the midvein on the lower surface, becoming hairless when old, with a powdery green color on the lower surface; about 5 lateral veins on each side; petiole 4.5-5cm long, with clustered glands at the apex. Inflorescences axillary, cymose, 1-3-branched, with 6-16 flowers; peduncle 4-6cm long, sparsely hairy; pedicel 5-10mm long, sparsely hairy; flowers white, fragrant, 5mm long, 9-12mm in diameter; broadly ovate flower buds, blunt or rounded at the apex; sepals ovate-lanceolate to oblong-lanceolate, acute, equal in length to the corolla; corolla nearly rotate, short, with broadly oblong lobes, about 5mm long, blunt at the apex, hairless on both sides; corona lobes hood-shaped; anthers nearly square, with a rounded membranous tip; pollinia oblong, pendulous; stigma head beak-like, extending beyond the top of the anther with 2 lobes at the apex. Fruits in pairs, splitting open, oblong, 7-8cm long, 2cm in diameter, with rough outer skin and sparse hairs; seeds oblong, 6mm long, 4mm wide, with a 3cm long tuft of hairs at the apex. Flowering period from July to September, fruiting period from September to December.
