楮皮间白汁，中药名。为桑科构树属植物构树 Broussonetia papyrifera（L.）Ⅴent.茎皮部的乳汁。具有利尿，杀虫解毒的功效。主治水肿，疮癣，虫蛇咬伤。

形态特征 Morphological Characteristics

落叶乔木，高达14-16m。有乳汁。小枝粗壮，密生绒毛。单叶互生；叶柄长1.5-10cm，密被柔毛；叶片膜质或纸质，阔卵形至长圆状卵形，长5.5-15cm，宽4-10cm，不分裂或3-5裂，尤以幼枝或小树叶较明显，先端渐尖，基部圆形或浅心形，略偏斜，边缘有细锯齿或粗锯齿，上面深绿色，被粗伏毛，下面灰绿色，密被柔毛。花单性，雌雄异株；雄花序为葇荑花序，直径l-1.5cm，总花梗长l-1.5cm；雄花具短柄，有2-3小苞片，花被4裂，基部合生，雄蕊4；雌花苞片棒状，被毛，花被管状，雌蕊散生于苞片间，花柱细长，线形，被短毛，具粘性。聚花果肉质，呈球形，直径约2cm，成熟时橙红色。花期4-7月，果期7-9月。
Deciduous tree, reaching up to 14-16m in height. It produces latex. The small branches are stout and densely covered with pubescence. The leaves are alternate; petioles are 1.5-10cm long, densely covered with soft hairs; leaf blades are membranous or papery, broadly ovate to elliptic-ovate, 5.5-15cm long, 4-10cm wide, undivided or 3-5 lobed, with the lobes more distinct on young branches or small leaves, gradually tapering at the apex, rounded or shallowly cordate at the base, slightly oblique, with finely serrated or coarsely serrated margins, dark green on the upper surface, covered with coarse appressed hairs, and greyish-green on the lower surface, densely covered with soft hairs. The flowers are unisexual, with separate male and female plants; male flowers are in catkin-like inflorescences, 1-1.5cm in diameter, with a total flower stalk length of 1-1.5cm; male flowers have short stalks, 2-3 small bracts, 4-lobed perianth, connate at the base, and 4 stamens; female flower bracts are rod-shaped, hairy, with tubular perianth, scattered pistils between the bracts, slender linear styles covered with short hairs, and sticky. The aggregated fruit is fleshy, spherical, about 2cm in diameter, turning orange-red when ripe. Flowering occurs from April to July, and fruiting from July to September.
