柞蚕蛹，中药名。为天蚕科动物柞蚕AntheraeapernyiGeurin-Meneville的蛹。分布于东北，其他地区也有分布。具有生津止渴，止痉之功效。用于消渴尿多，癫痫抽搐。

形态特征 Morphological Characteristics

大形蛾类，翅展达11-13cm，体翅黄褐色。头部小，两侧有复眼1对。复眼之间有触角1对，胸部由3个环节组成，各节有胸足1对。肩板及前胸前缘紫褐色，前翅较大，呈三角形，前缘紫褐色，杂有白色鳞片，顶角外伸较尖，后肢较小，略呈圆形，前、后翅中央各有1个眼状纹，纹周有白、红、黑、黄等线条，腹部呈圆球形隆起，密被毛。
Large moths, with a wingspan of 11-13cm, yellow-brown in color. Small head with a pair of compound eyes on each side. A pair of antennae between the eyes. Thorax consists of three segments, each bearing a pair of legs. Shoulder plates and anterior margin of prothorax purplish-brown. Forewings large and triangular, with purplish-brown leading edge scattered with white scales, apex sharply extended outward. Hindwings smaller and slightly rounded. An eye-shaped spot in the center of both forewings and hindwings, surrounded by concentric rings of white, red, black, and yellow lines. Abdomen spherical and densely hairy.
