浙皖粗筒苣苔，中药名。为苦苣苔科粗筒苣苔属浙皖粗筒苣苔BriggsiachieniiChun的全草。植物浙皖粗筒苣苔，分布于我国安徽南部、浙江西南部及江西东部。具有解表，祛风，活血，消肿毒之功效。主治感冒头痛，小儿惊风，筋骨酸痛；外用适用于痈肿，无名肿毒，外耳渗出性湿疹。
Zhe-wan-cu-tong-ju-tai, name of Chinese Medicinal Material. the whole herb of BriggsiachieniiChun, a plant belonging to the family of Gentianaceae and the genus of BriggsiachieniiChun, is distributed in the southern Anhui, southwestern Zhejiang, and eastern Jiangxi provinces of China. It has the functions of releasing the exterior, dispelling wind, promoting blood circulation, and relieving swelling and toxicity. It is used to treat colds with headache, infantile convulsions, and soreness of the tendons and bones. When applied externally, it is suitable for carbuncles, unidentified swellings, and oozing eczema of the external ear.

多年生草本。叶全部基生，有柄；叶片椭圆状长圆形或狭椭圆形，长4-10厘米，宽2-5.2厘米，顶端钝，基部宽楔形，稍不对称，边缘有锯齿，上面密被灰白色贴伏短柔毛，下面沿叶脉密被锈色绵毛，其余部分疏生灰白色贴伏短柔毛，侧脉在下面隆起；叶柄长1.2-4厘米，被锈色绵毛。聚伞花序2次分枝，1-2（-3）条，每花序具1-5花；花序梗长11-17厘米，疏生锈色绵毛；苞片2，狭倒卵形至线状披针形，长8-10毫米，宽3-5毫米，顶端锐尖，近顶具2-3齿或近全缘，外面上部疏生柔毛，下面密被锈色绵毛。萼长8-10毫米，5裂至基部，有时裂至中部，裂片卵状长圆形，宽3-4毫米，顶端渐尖，具3-4齿或近全缘，外面密被锈色绵毛，内面近无毛。花冠紫红色，长3.5-4.2厘米，外面疏生短柔毛，内面具紫色斑点，下方肿胀；筒长2.8-3厘米，直径1.7-1.9厘米；上唇2深裂，裂片圆形，长约5毫米，宽4毫米，顶端圆形，下唇3裂至中部，裂片长圆形，长7毫米，宽5毫米，顶端圆形。上雄蕊长约1.6厘米，着生于距花冠基部4毫米处，下雄蕊长1.2厘米，着生于距花冠基部6毫米处，花丝线形，被微柔毛至近无毛，花药肾形，长1.2毫米，顶端不汇合；退化雄蕊长3毫米，着生于距花冠基部3毫米处。花盘环状，高约3毫米，直径约3-4毫米。雌蕊长1.4厘米，子房狭线形，长约9毫米，无毛，花柱短，长约2毫米，被微柔毛，柱头2。蒴果倒披针形，长5.5-6厘米，直径4-7毫米，无毛，顶端具短尖头。花期9月，果期10月。
Perennial herb. All leaves are basal, with petioles; leaf blades are elliptic-oblong or narrowly elliptic, 4-10 cm long, 2-5.2 cm wide, blunt at the apex, broadly cuneate at the base, slightly asymmetric, serrated margins, densely covered with gray-white appressed short hairs on the upper surface, rust-colored pubescence along the veins on the lower surface, and sparsely covered with gray-white appressed short hairs on the rest of the surface, lateral veins raised on the lower surface; leaf petioles are 1.2-4 cm long, covered with rust-colored pubescence. Umbel inflorescences with secondary branching, 1-2 (-3) branches, each inflorescence with 1-5 flowers; inflorescence stalks are 11-17 cm long, sparsely pubescent with rust-colored hairs; bracts 2, narrowly ovate to linear-lanceolate, 8-10 mm long, 3-5 mm wide, sharply pointed at the apex, with 2-3 teeth near the apex or nearly entire margins, sparsely hairy on the upper part outside, densely covered with rust-colored pubescence on the lower surface. Calyx is 8-10 mm long, 5-lobed to the base, sometimes lobed to the middle, lobes ovate-oblong, 3-4 mm wide, gradually pointed at the apex, with 3-4 teeth or nearly entire margins, densely covered with rust-colored pubescence on the outside, nearly hairless on the inside. Corolla is purple-red, 3.5-4.2 cm long, sparsely short-hairy on the outside, with purple spots on the inside, swollen below; tube is 2.8-3 cm long, 1.7-1.9 cm in diameter; upper lip is deeply 2-lobed, lobes circular, about 5 mm long, 4 mm wide, rounded at the apex, lower lip 3-lobed to the middle, lobes oblong, about 7 mm long, 5 mm wide, rounded at the apex. Upper stamens are about 1.6 cm long, attached 4 mm from the base of the corolla, lower stamens are 1.2 cm long, attached 6 mm from the base of the corolla, filaments are linear, sparsely to nearly hairless, anthers are kidney-shaped, 1.2 mm long, not fused at the apex; degenerate stamens are 3 mm long, attached 3 mm from the base of the corolla. Floral disk is annular, about 3 mm high, with a diameter of about 3-4 mm. Pistil is 1.4 cm long, ovary is narrowly linear, about 9 mm long, hairless, style is short, about 2 mm long, with sparse hairs, stigma is 2-lobed. Capsule is inversely lanceolate, 5.5-6 cm long, 4-7 mm in diameter, hairless, with a short pointed tip at the apex. Flowering period is in September, fruiting period is in October.
