雅丽千金藤，中药名。为防己科植物雅丽千金藤StephaniaelegansHook.f.etThoms.的根。分布于云南西部。具有清热解毒，祛风止痛之功效。常用于咽喉肿痛，疮毒，痔肿，风湿痹痛。
Ya-li-qian-jin-teng, name of Chinese Medicinal Material. The root of Stephania elegans Hook.f. et Thoms., a plant of the Menispermaceae family, distributed in western Yunnan. It has the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying, dispelling wind, and relieving pain. It is commonly used for sore throat, ulcers, hemorrhoids, rheumatic pain, and arthritis.

雅丽千金藤，又名三角叶千金藤。草质藤本；枝纤细，有条纹，无毛或近无毛。叶纸质，长三角形或卵状三角形（有时近三角形），长5-10cm，宽2.5-5.5cm，顶端渐尖至短尖，有时钝，基部近截平至微凹（有时心形），干时通常褐色，两面无毛，上面光亮；掌状脉向上和向下的各约4-5条，在下面凸起，网脉稍明显；叶柄长2-4cm，明显盾状着生。单伞形聚伞花序（或复伞形聚伞花序），总花梗细而直；花未见，据记载花有梗，浅绿色或紫色，雄花：萼片6，无毛，暗紫色，倒卵形，长约1.6mm，宽约1mm；花瓣3，稍肉质，阔倒卵形，顶端常微凹，长0.8mm；聚药雄蕊长1mm；雌花花被和雄花相似。核果红色，阔倒卵状球形，长约7mm，基部近截平；果核长5-6mm，背部每边具小横肋状雕纹约10条，胎座迹不穿孔。果期11月。
The herb, also known as Adenophora triphylla, is a herbaceous vine with slender, striped, and nearly hairless branches. The leaves are papery, long-triangular or ovate-triangular (sometimes nearly triangular), 5-10cm long, 2.5-5.5cm wide, gradually tapering to a short point at the apex, sometimes blunt, and nearly truncate to slightly concave at the base (sometimes heart-shaped). When dry, they are usually brown, hairless on both sides, and shiny on the upper surface. There are about 4-5 palmate veins on both sides, slightly raised on the lower surface, with slightly visible reticulate veins. The petiole is 2-4cm long, distinctly shield-shaped. The flowers are arranged in umbel-like clusters, with slender and straight peduncles. The flowers are not observed, but it is recorded that they have pedicels and are light green or purple. The male flowers have 6 hairless, dark purple sepals, inverted-ovate, about 1.6mm long and 1mm wide; 3 slightly fleshy petals, broadly inverted-ovate, often slightly concave at the apex, 0.8mm long; and 1mm long clustered stamens. The female flowers are similar to the male flowers. The fruit is red, broadly inverted-ovoid, about 7mm long, nearly truncate at the base; the stone fruit is 5-6mm long, each side of the back with about 10 small transverse rib-like carvings, and the placental scar is not perforated. The fruiting period is in November.
