多年生无茎草本。根状茎短而粗,有多数须根。叶基生;叶柄2-3.5cm;叶片狭椭圆形,长3-7.4cm,宽1.7-3cm,先端钝,基部楔形,边缘具不整齐的锯齿,上面密被短柔毛,下面密被褐色绢状绵毛。花葶3-4条,高约20cm;聚伞花序近伞状,每花序具5-10花,花序梗被绢状绵毛和腺状短柔毛;苞片2,长圆形,长约4mm,密被褐色绢状绵毛;花梗长6-15mm;花萼5裂至近基部,裂片长圆形,长约4mm,外面被绢状绵毛;花冠钟状筒形,长2-2.5cm,粉红色、淡紫色,外面近无毛,筒长约1.7cm,檐部二唇形,上唇2裂,下唇3裂,上唇裂片较下唇宽;雄蕊4,分生,内藏,退化雄蕊1,长约7mm,被长柔毛;花盘环状,5裂至近中部,裂片三角形;子房线形,长约1.6cm,直径约2mm,花柱长约8mm,柱头1,盘状。蒴果倒披针形,长约5cm,无毛。花、果期4-6月。分布区域
Perennial stemless herb. The rhizome is short and thick, with numerous fibrous roots. Leaves are basal; petiole 2-3.5cm long; leaf blade narrowly elliptic, 3-7.4cm long, 1.7-3cm wide, obtuse at the apex, cuneate at the base, margin irregularly serrate, densely short-hairy on the upper surface, and densely brownish sericeous beneath. Flower stems 3-4, about 20cm tall; umbel-like cyme, each with 5-10 flowers, cyme peduncle sericeous and glandular-pubescent; bracts 2, oblong, about 4mm long, densely covered with brownish sericeous hairs; pedicel 6-15mm long; calyx 5-lobed nearly to the base, lobes oblong, about 4mm long, sericeous on the outside; corolla campanulate-tubular, 2-2.5cm long, pink or pale purple, nearly glabrous on the outside, tube about 1.7cm long, limb 2-lipped, upper lip 2-lobed, lower lip 3-lobed, upper lip lobes wider than lower lip lobes; stamens 4, didynamous, included, reduced stamen 1, about 7mm long, covered with long hairs; disc annular, 5-lobed nearly to the middle, lobes triangular; ovary linear, about 1.6cm long, about 2mm in diameter, style about 8mm long, stigma 1, disc-shaped. Capsule inverted-lanceolate, about 5cm long, glabrous. Flowering and fruiting period is from April to June. Distribution area.
