皮带香，中药名。为木兰科植物云南含笑（MicheliayunnanensisFranch.exFinetetGagn.）的花。春季采摘，晾干。生于海拔1100-2300m的松杉林下及山地灌丛中。分布于云南中部及南部。味涩、微苦，性凉。具有清热解毒的功效。主治咽喉炎、鼻炎、结膜炎、脑漏等病证。
Pi-dai-xiang, name of Chinese Medicinal Material. the flower of Michelia yunnanensis Franch. ex Finet et Gagn., a plant of the Magnoliaceae family. It is harvested in spring and dried. 形态特征 Morphological Characteristics

常绿灌木，高2-4m。芽、幼枝、叶柄及幼叶下面和花梗均密被深红色平伏毛。叶柄长4-5mm；托叶痕为叶柄的三分之一或几达叶柄先端，单叶互生；叶革质；叶片长圆形或窄倒卵形，长4-10cm，宽1.5-3.5cm，先端圆钝或具短尖，基部楔形，上面深绿色，有光泽，下面有平伏毛，侧脉7-9对，干时网脉两面凸起。花单生叶腋，花梗粗短，长3-7mm；花白色，极芳香；花被6-12(-17)；雄蕊多数，长0.5-1cm；雌蕊心皮多数，雌蕊群及柄均被红褐色细毛。聚合果通常仅5-8个蓇葖发育，蓇葖果扁球形，先端具短尖头。种子1-2，成熟时悬挂于丝状的种柄上。花期3-4月，果期8-9月。
Evergreen shrub, 2-4m tall. The buds, young branches, leaf stalks, undersides of young leaves, and flower stalks are densely covered with dark red appressed hairs. Leaf stalks are 4-5mm long; stipule scars are one-third or nearly reach the apex of the leaf stalk, leaves alternate; blade leathery; leaf blades oblong or narrowly obovate, 4-10cm long, 1.5-3.5cm wide, apex rounded or shortly pointed, base cuneate, dark green and glossy above, with appressed hairs beneath, lateral veins 7–9 pairs, reticulate veins raised on both surfaces when dry. Flowers solitary in leaf axils, pedicels thick and short, 3–7mm long; flowers white, highly fragrant; tepals 6–12(–17); numerous stamens, 0.5–1cm long; numerous carpels, both gynoecium and its stalk densely covered with reddish-brown fine hairs. Aggregate fruit usually with only 5–8 follicles developed, follicles depressed-globose, apex with short mucro. Seeds 1–2, mature seeds dangling on thread-like funicles. Flowering from March to April, fruiting from August to September.
