概述 Overview

本品为茄科植物枸杞Lycium chinense Mill.或宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.的干燥根皮。春初或秋后采挖根部，洗净，剥取根皮，晒干。
Lycium Bark is the dried root bark of Lycium chinense Mill. or Lycium barbarum L. (Fam. Solanaceae). The drug is collected in early spring or after autumn, the root is dug out, washed, the bark is peeled off, and dried.

性状 Description

本品呈筒状或槽状，长3～10cm，宽0.5～1.5cm，厚0.1～0.3cm。外表面灰黄色至棕黄色，粗糙，有不规则纵裂纹，易成鳞片状剥落。内表面黄白色至灰黄色，较平坦，有细纵纹。体轻，质脆，易折断，断面不平坦，外层黄棕色，内层灰白色。气微，味微甘而后苦。
Bark cylindrical or trough-shaped, 3-10 cm long, 0.5-1.5 cm wide, 0.1-0.3 cm thick. Outer surface grayish-yellow to brownish-yellow, rough, with irregular longitudinal cracks, easily peeling off in scales. Inner surface yellowish-white to grayish-yellow, relatively flat, with fine longitudinal wrinkles. Light in weight, brittle in texture, easily broken, uneven fracture surface, outer layer yellow-brown, inner layer gray-white. Odour, slight; taste, slightly sweet and then bitter.

鉴别 Identification

（1）本品横切面：木栓层为4～10余列细胞，其外有较厚的落皮层。韧皮射线大多宽1列细胞；纤维单个散在或2至数个成束。薄壁细胞含草酸钙砂晶，并含多数淀粉粒。
(1) Transverse section: cork layer consists of 4-10 rows of cells, with a thicker periderm on the outside. The medullary rays are mostly 1 cell wide; the fibers are scattered individually or in bundles of 2 to several. Thin-walled cells contain calcium oxalate sand crystals and numerous starch grains.

（2）取本品粉末1.5g，加甲醇15ml，超声处理30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加甲醇1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取地骨皮对照药材1.5g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（通则0502）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以甲苯-丙酮-甲酸（10∶1∶0.1）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。
(2) Take 1.5g of the powder, add 15ml of methanol, sonicate for 30 minutes, filter, evaporate the filtrate to dryness, dissolve the residue in 1ml of methanol as the test solution. Take 1.5g of the reference drug of Lycium Bark, prepare the reference drug solution in the same way. Carry out the method for thin layer chromatography<0502>, using silica gel G as the coating substance and a mixture of toluene-acetone-formic acid (10:1:0.1) as the mobile phase. Apply separately to the plate 5 μl of each of the above two solutions. After developing and removal of the plate, dry in air. Examine under ultraviolet light at 365 nm. The fluorescent spot in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution corresponds in position and colour to the spot in the chromatogram obtained with the reference drug solution.

性状 Description

本品呈筒状或槽状，长短不一。外表面灰黄色至棕黄色，粗糙，有不规则纵裂纹，易成鳞片状剥落。内表面黄白色至灰黄色，较平坦，有细纵纹。体轻，质脆，易折断，断面不平坦，外层黄棕色，内层灰白色。气微，味微甘而后苦。
The product is cylindrical or grooved, with different lengths. The outer surface is greyish-yellow to brownish-yellow, rough, with irregular longitudinal cracks, easy to peel off in scales. The inner surface is yellowish white to greyish yellow, flat, with fine longitudinal lines. Light, brittle, easy to break, the section is not flat, the outer layer is yellowish brown, the inner layer is greyish white. Gas faint, taste slightly sweet and then bitter.

Yin deficiency with tidal fever, steaming bone and night sweats, lung heat cough, hemoptysis, epistaxis, and internal heat polydipsia.

Fracture uneven, outer layers yellowish-brown and inner layers greyish-white. Odour, slight; taste, slightly sweet and then bitter.
