概述 Overview

本品为游蛇科动物黑眉锦蛇Elaphe taeniura Cope、锦蛇Elaphe carinata（Guenther）或乌梢蛇Zaocys dhumnades（Cantor）等蜕下的干燥表皮膜。春末夏初或冬初收集，除去泥沙，干燥。
Snake Slough is the dried slough of Elaphe taeniura Cope, Elaphe carinata (Guenther), or Zaocys dhumnades (Cantor) (Fam. Colubridae). It is collected in late spring or early summer, or in early winter, removed from sand and dried.

性状 Description

本品呈圆筒形，多压扁而皱缩，完整者形似蛇，长可达1m以上。背部银灰色或淡灰棕色，有光泽，鳞迹菱形或椭圆形，衔接处呈白色，略抽皱或凹下；腹部乳白色或略显黄色，鳞迹长方形，呈覆瓦状排列。体轻，质微韧，手捏有润滑感和弹性，轻轻搓揉，沙沙作响。气微腥，味淡或微咸。
It is cylindrical, often flattened and wrinkled, resembling a snake when intact, and can reach over 1m in length. The dorsal surface is silver-gray or light gray-brown, shiny, with rhomboid or elliptical scale marks, white at the junctions, slightly wrinkled or concave; the ventral surface is milky white or slightly yellowish, with rectangular scale marks arranged in a tile-like pattern. It is light in weight, slightly tough in texture, and feels lubricated and elastic when lightly kneaded, making a rustling sound. It has a slight fishy odor and a mild or slightly salty taste.

酒蛇蜕 Wine-processed Snake Slough

炮制 Processing

取净蛇蜕，切段，照酒炙法（通则0213）炒干。
Take clean Snake Slough, cut into sections, and stir-fry until dry according to the method of wine-frying <0213>.

每100kg蛇蜕，用黄酒15kg。
For every 100kg of Snake Slough, use 15kg of yellow rice wine.

性状 Description

用于小儿惊风，抽搐痉挛，翳障，喉痹，疔肿，皮肤瘙痒。
It is used for infantile convulsions, spasms, opacity of the cornea, throat obstruction, carbuncles and swelling, and pruritus of the skin.

用量 Dosage

2～3g；0.3～0.6g。

用法 Administration

无；研末吞服。
None；powdered and taken orally,

贮藏 Storage

置干燥处，防蛀。

Snake Slough is the dried epidermal membrane of Elaphe taeniura Cope, Elaphe carinata (Guenther) or Zaocys dhumnades (Cantor) (Fam. Colubridae). The drug is collected from the end of spring to early summer or the beginning of winter, removed from soil and sand, dried.

性状 Description

本品呈圆筒形，多压扁而皱缩，完整者形似蛇，长可达1m以上。背部银灰色或淡灰棕色，有光泽，鳞迹菱形或椭圆形，衔接处呈白色，略抽皱或凹下；腹部乳白色或略显黄色，鳞迹长方形，呈覆瓦状排列。体轻，质微韧，手捏有润滑感和弹性，轻轻搓揉，沙沙作响。气微腥，味淡或微咸。
Cylindrical, usually flattened and shrunken, snake-shaped while intact, over 1 m in length. Dorsal surface silvery-grey or light greyish-brown, lustrous, scale marks rhombic or elliptic, joins between the scale marks white, somewhat wrinkled or concave. Ventral surface milky-white or slightly yellow, scale marks rectangular, imbricate. Light, texture slightly flexible, lubricant and elastic on touching, with a rustling sound when gently rubbed with hand. Odour, slightly stinking; taste, weak or slightly salty.

酒蛇蜕 Serpentis Periostracum (processed with wine)

取净蛇蜕，切段，照酒炙法（通则0213）炒干。
Stir-bake the sections of Periostracum Serpentis, as described under the method for stir-baking with wine <0213> to dry, using 15 kg of yellow rice wine per 100 kg of Periostracum Serpentis.
