概述 Overview

本品为蚶科动物毛蚶Arca subcrenata Lischke、泥蚶Arca granosa Linnaeus或魁蚶Arca inflata Reeve的贝壳。秋、冬至次年春捕捞，洗净，置沸水中略煮，去肉，干燥。
Arcae Concha is the shell of Arca subcrenata Lischke, Arca granosa Linnaeus, or Arca inflata Reeve (Fam. Arcidae). The shells are collected in autumn, winter, or early spring, washed, briefly boiled in boiling water, the flesh is removed, and then dried.

性状 Description

毛蚶 略呈三角形或扇形，长4～5cm，高3～4cm。壳外面隆起，有棕褐色茸毛或已脱落；壳顶突出，向内卷曲；自壳顶至腹面有延伸的放射肋30～34条。壳内面平滑，白色，壳缘有与壳外面直楞相对应的凹陷，铰合部具小齿1列。质坚。气微，味淡。
Arca subcrenata Lischke is slightly triangular or fan-shaped, 4-5 cm long, 3-4 cm high. The shell is raised on the outside, with brownish-brown hairs or already fallen off; the top of the shell is protruding and curled inward; there are 30-34 extended radial ribs from the top of the shell to the ventral surface. The inner surface of the shell is smooth and white, with a corresponding depression on the shell edge corresponding to the straight ridge on the outer surface, and a small row of teeth at the hinge. The texture is hard. The odor is slight, and the taste is mild.

泥蚶 长2.5～4cm，高2～3cm。壳外面无棕褐色茸毛，放射肋18～21条，肋上有颗粒状突起。
Arca granosa Linnaeus is 2.5-4 cm long and 2-3 cm high. The shell has no brownish-brown hairs on the outside, and there are 18-21 radial ribs with granular protrusions on the ribs.

魁蚶 长7～9cm，高6～8cm。壳外面放射肋42～48条。
Arca inflata Reeve is 7-9 cm long and 6-8 cm high. The shell has 42-48 radial ribs on the outside.

鉴别 Identification

本品粉末类白色。碎块长条状、类四边形、类三角形、类圆形或不规则状，呈明显的颗粒性，有的碎块表面可见较深条纹，平直或稍弯曲。
The powder of this product is white. The fragments are long, quadrilateral, triangular, circular, or irregular, showing obvious granular characteristics. Some fragments have deeper stripes on the surface, which are straight or slightly curved.

含量测定 Content Determination

本品细粉约0.15g，精密称定，置锥形瓶中，加稀盐酸10ml，加热使溶解，加水20ml与甲基红指示液1滴，滴加10%氢氧化钠溶液至溶液显黄色，继续多加10ml，再加钙黄绿素指示剂少量，用乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定液（0.05mol/L）滴定至溶液黄绿色荧光消失而显橙色。每1ml乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定液（0.05mol/L）相当于5.004mg的碳酸钙（CaCO3）。
The fine powder of this product is about 0.15g, accurately weighed, placed in a conical flask, added with 10ml of dilute hydrochloric acid, heated to dissolve, added with 20ml of water and 1 drop of methyl red indicator, and then titrated with 10% sodium hydroxide solution until the solution turns yellow. Continue to add 10ml, then add a small amount of calcium yellow-green indicator, and titrate with 0.05mol/L ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium titration solution until the yellow-green fluorescence in the solution disappears and turns orange. Each 1ml of 0.05mol/L ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium titration solution is equivalent to 5.004mg of calcium carbonate (CaCO3).

洗净，干燥，碾碎。
Wash, dry and crush.

性状 Description

本品为不规则碎块或粉末。类白色、灰白色至灰黄色。较大碎块外表可见放射状肋线，有的可见棕褐色茸毛。气微，味淡。
This product is irregular fragments or powder. It is white, grayish-white to grayish-yellow. Larger fragments can be seen with radial ribs on the surface, and some may have brownish-brown hairs. The odor is slight, and the taste is mild.

煅瓦楞子 Calcined Slices

炮制 Processing

取净瓦楞子，照明煅法（通则0213）煅至酥脆。
Take clean corrugated seeds, lighting calcination method (General rule 0213) calcined until crispy.

性状 Description

本品形如瓦楞子，灰白色至深灰色。质酥脆。气微，味淡。
This product is shaped like a corrugated board, grayish-white to dark gray. The texture is crispy. The odor is slight, and the taste is mild.

含量测定 Content Determination

同药材，含碳酸钙（CaCO3）不得少于95.0%。
Same as the crude drug, containing not less than 95.0% calcium carbonate (CaCO3).

用于顽痰胶结，黏稠难咯，瘿瘤，瘰疬，癥瘕痞块，胃痛泛酸。
Used for stubborn phlegm, sticky and difficult to cluck, gall tumour, scrofula, mass in the abdomen, stomach pain and acidity.

用量 Dosage

9-15g。

Arc Shell is the shell of Arca subcrenata Lischke, Arca granosa Linnaeus or Arca inflata Reeve (Fam. Arcidae). The drug is collected from autumn or winter to next spring, washed clean, treated with boiling water for a moment, removed from soft part, and dried.

性状 Description

毛蚶 Shell of Arca subcrenata

略呈三角形或扇形，长4～5cm，高3～4cm。壳外面隆起，有棕褐色茸毛或已脱落；壳顶突出，向内卷曲；自壳顶至腹面有延伸的放射肋30～34条。壳内面平滑，白色，壳缘有与壳外面直愣相对应的凹陷，铰合部具小齿1列。质坚。气微，味淡。
Somewhat triangular or fan-shaped, 4-5 cm long, 3-4 cm high. The outer surface raised, with brownish minute hairs or fallen off. The umbo projecting, curling inwards, 30-34 ribs radiated from the umbo to the ventral side. The inner surface of the shell smooth, white, with depressions on the margin corresponding to the ribs on the outer surface. The hinge bearing a row of dentiles. Texture hard. Odour, slight; taste, weak.

泥蚶 Shell of Arca granosa

长2.5～4cm，高2～3cm。壳外面无棕褐色茸毛，放射肋18～21条，肋上有颗粒状突起。
2.5-4 cm long, 2-3 cm high. The outer surface without brownish minute hairs, 18-21 radiate ribs with granular protuberances.

魁蚶 Shell of Arca inflata

长7～9cm，高6～8cm。壳外面放射肋42～48条。
7-9 cm long, 6-8 cm high. The outer surface with 42-48 radiate ribs.

炮制 Processing

洗净，干燥，碾碎。
Wash clean, dry and break to pieces.

煅瓦楞子 Arc Shell (calcined)

取净瓦楞子，照明煅法（通则0213）煅至酥脆。
Calcine clean Arc Shell as described under the method for calcining openly<0213>until it becomes crisp.

功能 Actions

消痰化瘀，软坚散结，制酸止痛。
To eliminate phlegm, resolve stasis, soften hardness, dissipate bind, inhibit acidity and relieve pain.

用于顽痰胶结，黏稠难咯，瘿瘤，瘰疬，癥瘕痞块，胃痛泛酸。
Protracted phlegm with greasy, difficult expectoration, goiter, scrofula, abdominal masses, glomus, and stomachache with acid reflux.

9～15 g。
