Stir-fry until they puff up, become crispy, and the surface turns yellow or reaches the specified degree. Then quickly remove them, sift out the talcum powder, and let them cool. Unless otherwise specified, use 40 to 50 kg of talcum powder for every 100 kg of items to be calcined.
